Expect a full body workout in a small group (maximum 8 people), designed to make you feel strong and relaxed at the same time!

We offer three class types: Beginner Flow, Open Flow, and Advanced.
Each class is designed to build strength, and mobility, wherever you are in your fitness journey.

You can book all classes and sessions directly through our online booking system, or via the Momence app. Simply choose your class, pick a time, and secure your spot in a few clicks.

Yes β we offer private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions tailored entirely to your body, goals, and any specific needs.
We also offer private group sessions for any celebration - birthday, hen do, etc.

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels and you can make your class as hard or as easy as you need it to be. Weβll support you in building strength and flexibility at your own pace - there is no rush or competition!

Yes, providing you have already done reformer pilates pre-pregnancy.
Reformer Pilates is an amazing asset to pregnant bodies, however, we advise against trying new methods of movements during this time.

In most cases, absolutely! Pilates can be highly beneficial for injury recovery as the movements are supported and low impact. Movements can always be adapted to ensure there is something that feels comfortable for you.

There are 2 designated spaces directly outside the studio, a small car park at the end of the estate, and free nearby on-street parking. Please do not park in other unitβs spaces!

Please use the Coop car park directly behind the units and walk onto the main road where you will find us. There is also some nearby free street parking.
