expect more dynamic and fast paced moves for a full body burn in this open flow class. the chance to amp up the speed, intensity and tension will all be available here.

the perfect class to progress your flow whilst improving your strength and stability

also suitable for those who have never done reformer before but please select only if you are confident with how to move your body!

if you would prefer a more private and personalised class, we offer sessions on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.

This allows you to get the most out of the reformer depending on your goals and ability. ideal if you have a recent injury or specific aim which we can work together on.
